I had never heard before that 3/31 filing date was based on company size

It has always been this way. See link below:

http://www.sec.gov/answers/form10k.htm

This is why I have been saying for a while now that SCRC's filing deadline is -- AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN -- 3/31, and NOT 3/15 the way that JOSEPH ZAMPETTI's stupid minions had been claiming.

The first thing that folks should do if they are ever not sure when a particular company's filing deadline is for a particular SEC Form is to simply spend literally less than 60 seconds looking up the company's historical SEC filings and seeing when these Forms had been filed in previous years. For SCRC, this lightning quick exercise would have told any interested retail investor/trader that not only has SCRC always had a 3/31 filing deadline for its 10K, but also that SCRC has never been able to file on time and has had to file a NT on 4/1 of each year requesting a 15-day extension, thereby resulting in an actual filing date of 4/15 each year.

Although no outsider knows for sure, I am cautiously optimistic that SCRC will be able to file on time this year. I am not expecting SCRC to file early, although they could if they really wanted to have numbers to present at the upcoming investor conference in NY.
