Correct, Largo is in the Ramp up stage to the end of 2015 to reach its projected targets. With Mark the CEO as of April, i'm sure he has it in the woks to get to 30 Million they need to infuse the Cash they need short term and in 2016 Largo will be onward and upward as the largest Grade Vanadium mine in the world and it is already generating positive cash flow :)
