Why has the number of shares of this company increased from 440 millions, to suddenly 667 millions, without a split, or whatsoever, not even announcing the increase.... Can they increase
arbitrarily the number of outstanding shares? Because this dilutes the share price right?...
I don't know about the legal issues underlying it... but investors who bought the shares at the
historic price of 2.91.... some 10 years ago, have seen the price go to the 0.000s... and then
what is the merit to stand all this outrageous history...!!!
