profhigh, all excellent points. Posters should NEVER interact with a basher. I read once they get paid for however many responses they can get, so if you engage them, you are making them money. The best thing we can do is do not respond. On the bright side, if this was a dead company, they wouldn't be here-why beat a dead horse.
