Looks like optimistic low buyers trying to down the PPS to their levels.

If VPOR uses the A/S to pay off debt by selling shares, it takes fewer shares if the PPS doesn't reflect ship jumpers or loose shares. Covered shares and strong hands for longs will show this to be a good ending!

This is Bargain territory and it should be North with Real Products and Revenues!
