These documents are data intensive and take a long time, multiple weeks and months, to prepare. If I remember correctly the Sc and Ti were only recently identified by assay, probably too late to be included in the data set sent to the company preparing the PEA report.

Including the data about Nb from recent drill holes is relatively simple. Modifying the report to accomodate two additional elements, Sc & Ti, requires a complete change in the ore processing, metallurgical processing and adding complete sections for each element.

There are legal guidelines that must be followed or Mark & the companies could be in deep doo-doo if they violate them.
