Did you see what PPCH did this week? The only correlation is that both WEST and PPCH did a deal with Southridge. If accumulation is happening, (which it seems to be by the trading the last few weeks) somebody is getting ready for a spike up. Whether or not its legitimate news, PPCH ran 700% in a day. Are the powers that be setting WEST to do a similar run???
