You know I have given this a lot of thought (as we all have I'm sure) but actually the absence of any comment on the cell during that interview with Maria Bartoleremo (FB news interviewer, forgive my spelling) is VERY powerful for me. She's a reporter for goodness sake. He's got the spotlight and there were two issues that a reporter would ask him about, the uplisting and (its the name again) Solar 3D! Like whats the status of your namesake tech? Those of you who know her are aware she is no push over and has years of experience over at CNBC previously. She jumped for more cash and a higher profile. She would normally have absolutely no reason to NOT ask the question. The only reason she wouldn't ask, is that the ground rules were set before the interview, 'don't cover it'. (IMO) And why would Mr. Nelson ask that it not be covered? Because there are non-disclosure rules set that all Solar 3D people must respect, and, as a professional journalist in this market business, she would have to respect as well. He couldn't sit there and say, "Don't ask about the cell, I don't want to get into it", that would be like waving the red flag to a bull, she would ask, that's news and good journalism. So, in my opinion, BECAUSE she didn't ask, there is good reason: it's being tested, or still being negotiated or some other delicate reason. Delicate enough that paperwork has been signed to 'gag' the company itself! All IMO.
