Thats incorrect as even knowing the specific timeframe of when a PR is going to be released as you stated monday premarket is a violation of the federal trade act per SEC regulations as it would give those individuals with prior knowledge to purchase shares before that time.

We will let the SEC sort it out if in fact there is a PR release on Monday as that is their job.
