Don't forget to tell FONU $555,565 rent payment is due Feb 28, 2016 and %555,555 each year thereafter payable to the Effingham IDA. And if the 527 jobs are not created and the $90 mil investment is not made the annual rent payments escalate each year. So FONU get your ducks in a row.
