LOL, WRONG quote, "breakthrough designation, this is why Paul left his 2+ million dollar job to take a measley $ 300 k, he has seen the other 20 patients results,"

Ole Wotton aka "Paul" didn't leave a $2 plus $million job to supposedly only receive $300K annual at OCAT?

One can EASILY do their own due diligence and see that his pay package, total compensation plan at OCAT is nearly identical to what he was being paid previously. The company he jumped ship from- it's common stock is on the Nasdaq and had sunk to just above $2 a share when he left. NO ONE knows why he left that company except him- he may have been on the way out via the way the stock was performing.

Lets just MAKE UP MYTHS as we go along? His pay package is no mystery and it's a whole lot more than $300K annual.

http://smithonstocks.com/antares-more-on-paul-wottons-departures-as-ceo-atrs-buy-2-77/

Quote:

"Mr. Wotton will receive an annual base salary of $575,000 and the target for incentive compensation is 55% of base salary or $315,000; this results in total annual cash compensation of about $900,000. He will receive 30,000,000 options at about $0.07 per share, all of which will vest within three years and 30,000,000 stock units also at $0.07 per share that will vest within three years.

The successor to Mr. Wotton at Antares is Eamonn Hobbs. He will receive a salary of $560,000 and a target annual bonus of 55% of base salary for total compensation of about $870,000. The cash package for Mr. Wotton at ACTC is comparable to what he could have received at Antares
."

The EXACT SAME info can be found in SEC 8-K filings- I don't have time to dig them up right now, but the above written info is well written by the author and he pulled his info via using the SEC filings of then ACTC and Antares.

NOT $300K a yr to Wotton, 100% FALSE.
