This is not specific to BCIT but an indicator of the forces we're up against. The whole system is corrupted.

From the NY Times,

"Since Mary Jo White became chairwoman of the SEC in 2013, the ex-Wall Street lawyer has had to recuse herself from more than four dozen of the SEC's investigations involving her former clients or those represented by her husband's corporate firm, Cravath, Swaine & Moore."

We've got the wolves overseeing the sheep. Is this really how oversight agencies should be run? These people are out for themselves at our expense. When the supposed police force is just as corrupted by money and power as the system they are supposed to be managing, who's going to be the one whose "have you no shame" moment will begin the needed change. They're all pigs at the trough.
