We are pleased to advise that we have reached a settlement commitment with Ironridge that will allow the Company to settle the outstanding claim in cash and not by issuing new shares going forward. This is hugely significant for the business and we welcome Ironridge’s constructive agreement and supportive approach with this. We are currently finalizing the specific agreements to reflect this and expect to have them completed shortly.
