I especially like that it says "we have not yet generated revenue", yet they claim to have sold $247K worth of gold last Fall. Is that not revenue?

Also on P. 9: "In July 2014 the Company change its mane from Yaterra Ventures Corp. to Mining Global, Inc."

This is the kind of carefully proofread crap that is first going to be audited, and then used for uplisting?
