I still am not sure why this pulled back so radically

@TroutWorld,

The key is to first understand why it ran up so much to begin with.

The hype surrounding SCRC's ability to become cash flow positive and also report positive net earnings for Q3'14 combined with improving technical indicators brought in a massive wave of retail traders (and, yes, those traders -- NOT investors -- are the ones who bought the overwhelming majority of the shares). This buying is what triggered the runup.

It is no coincidence that the sp began sputtering when the technical indicators began to weaken, as this coincided with the dissipation of buying interest (further proof that the buying that ran the sp up was indeed from traders).

So solve the following algebraic formula:

Weak charts and other technical indicators

+

Massive population of shareholders who are short-term traders (predominantly technical traders and other momo players looking for quick hits) and NOT long-term investors

+

JAN and FEB approved orders that reflected in excess of 30% drops compared to prior months

+

Bad news re: CVS/Caremark that is currently still unquantifiable

+

Continued dumping by JOSEPH ZAMPETTI and the rest of his "inner circle" (LOL!) of criminal Section 17(b)-violators who still have millions of shares left of the original 22M shares of the uber-toxic .05 PIPE stock that they have been slowly liquidating since they began unlocking last JUL'14.

The answer is: Your radical pullback

That being said, MEANINGFUL good news can get the sp back up to the high teens as MEANINGFUL good news can easily result in 5-6M shares being bought over a 2-week period, and that should be sufficient to enable the sp to recoup what it has lost thus far.

The big speculative unknown is when this type of news will come. There is certainly nothing that is expected, so if it does come, it will be something that is unexpected, IMO...

Alleyba says...

...that he believes there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Alleyba believes that this stock will soon turn around shortly and get back to where it was.

@Alleyba,

There is always a light at the end of the tunnel. That is of little consequence to shareholders. The problem is the length of the tunnel, which is always extra-long in OTC land whenever deeply discounted and toxic stock is doled out and unleashed into the float -- such as the 22M shares of radio-active .05 PIPE stock held by JOSEPH ZAMPETTI and his gang of securities-fraud-engaging con artists.

And waiting until the sp has fallen thru several layers of the stratosphere and within spitting distance of its historical lows to say that the sp will "soon turn around" is the textbook example of "too little too late" sprinkled with a dash of "duh".

I'm just glad that, compared to 2013, there are fewer and fewer retail investors who fell for the lures of JOEY Z and his "inner circle" (LOL!) of criminals to simply "BUY!!! ADD!!! HOLD!!! BUT DON'T SELL OR TRADE!!!"

It is apparent that throughout the public space, more and more retail investors know who JOEY Z and his "inner core" of associates are now and realize that their credibility meter has dwindled down to zero. And in the public space, credibility is the only currency anyone has -- and folks are beginning to see that JOEY Z and friends are bankrupt in this regard...

No one I know that has the stock is selling

OK, yeah sure...

I am calling a bottom .1113 scrc right here right now.

@Rocky,

But wasn't the sp supposed to be at .25 by Valentine's Day? And wasn't it supposed to have been between .50-.75 by Labor Day 2014? And wasn't it supposed to have been by 1.00+ by the end of 2013? And wasn't it supposed to have been 4.00 "imminently" by end of Summer 2013?

In order to sell you need a buyer right?

@PIPEdream1,

Not really. Remember, if the market is illiquid, then it is the MM's job to step in as the buyer/seller in order to fulfill their role as "making a market" for trades to take place.

I am not saying that this is what took place today, but it would not surprise me if part of the shares sold over this past week were purchased by MM's and are now simply part of their own inventory which they will look to unload when the sp is more to their liking...
