LOL, the REAL LAWSUIT- the one where BHRT has hired "on retainer" an entire staff of lawyers for every BOD member and Sr Mgt member to defend against the supposed "sham suit" that's now been in front of the court since 11/4/2014.

Looks pretty real to me IMO? Judge assigned, Bioheart putting a small army of a couple different law firms and attorneys on retainer, for their defense etc.

What's the "sham" part about it? Any legal analysis or background to prove it's a "sham" lawsuit? Any at all? Why bother defending it then if it's some small time "sham" suit or whatever? Why not settle it for $500 bucks or whatever and make it go away- you know, seeing how it's a supposed "sham" and all? Being sued for $2 MILLION plus dollars with a debt that's right on your own balance sheet- just as described in the lawsuit filing, IMO ain't no "sham" deal or whatever.

Also, reading the background of the lead attorney and his firm who filed it- qualified to practice in front of the Florida Supreme Court and having more employees on their law firm staff than the public traded Bioheart has number of "employees" - doesn't look like any "sham" to me?

The plaintiff law firm's been in biz since 1974, longer than Bioheart has been in business or around. "Law Firm of Fox, Wackeen, Dungey, Beard, Bush, Goldman, Kilbride, Waters & McCluskey, L.L.P. ("Fox Wackeen"). " They don't look like amateur "ambulance chasing" filers of "sham" lawsuits IMO. Nope. Pretty much the real deal as far as I can see, that's my opinion.

Not to mention the 2nd, totally separate and on-going suit that involves the Bioheart CSO (Chief science officer and BOD member and Sr Mgt member as defendant)

That one's been in front of the court since 10/28/2013. I personally wonder what the huge legal bills must be for this little, cash poor company BHRT, that finished last qtr with a total of $46K cash on-hand? I looked up all these firms they have defending them- and they don't look like "Yellow Pages" low cost law firms IMO.
