When a new company begins it has growing pains. But little by little it crawls stands walks then runs. Give this a chance to grow. If you want a steady but sure progress stay fast and hold your hoses. The company will come around. It may take 2 or 3 years but hold on. When it does everyone who stayed will be dancing in the streets.
