More is coming back to me now ... Obama is the one! . .He's the one who cut was it 'nasa'? ( I think ) ... and said ,,,, YES! Private industry can indeed work for the government. not meaning in the classical way but in the sense that at One time ... WE thought and believed that ONLY OUR government could do rockets to space etc..then Obama said No .. go do it! We can't afford it anymore .. something like that .. we posted about this on this board ... ;)
