You file a NDA to get a PDUFA date right? Where is the pdufa date? The company has been saying for awhile that they expect the FDA to give them a response and yet no response. I could be wrong, but from what I remember, they dangled that carrot twice already within 2 years. I get the feeling that something strange is happening behind the scenes. Usually generics take years and years to get approved. Look at IG and IPCI for example.

Of course if a FDA decision comes this month...then i would totally change my mind, but until then the company seems shady.
