CannaVest v. KannaWay/HDDC: Injunction against KannaWay/HDDC

On Feb 27, 2015, the judge in the case CannaVest v. Kannaway & HDDC lawsuit over the use of the name Cannabis Beauty Defined issued an injuction that bars Kannaway from using that name on its products.

There were two more things in the order:

1) CannaVest must post a bond of $1.2M in the event final judgement results in a Kannaway win, i.e., HDDC properly issued the name to KannaWay and CannaVest is wrong.

2) Kannaway and HDDC must account for any and all profits from the sale of products bearing the Cannabis Beauty Defined name, from the date the name was first assigned to CannaVest.

Kannaway has changed the name of the product line to defined Transformation

I don't have time to post the entire document now, but it can be found on Pacer, under case number 3:14-cv-02160-CAB-BLM, document 34
