Bankruptcy Probable.

It's been awhile since I've posted, but I thought I should share with you the opinion of counsel. My original team of attorneys believe Brian Weber will be filing bankruptcy soon... making a Class Action Lawsuit fruitless at this point. Their opinion is to have investors go after Brian Weber individually but try to find counsel that will agree to a contingency agreement to reduce the risk of throwing good money at an almost insolvent company & CEO.

Fight back investors but look to do so in an individual contingency agreement with your lawyer. No law firm will open a class action against the company because BBDA & Brian Weber do not have assets worth going after.
