Well the reason I sold was it dawned on me that with all endless converting and the 10b a/s nearly maxed out with more conversion to come..that they will have to file an S-8 soon...and It will probably be for at least another 10b just to cover the remaining converts ..so we might have an s-8 for 20+ billion shares which would be a big time bummer...I will be watching closly and have no problem jumping back in if we could break .0005 and then ride it up ...but for now I will live to see another day! burP!
