why all the news a few months ago and heavy volume and than dead silence?

Just looked over releases from a few months ago. In the past 12 months I have not seen more than 2 news releases, ALL OF THE REST ARE FILINGS, WHICH IS WHAT WE ARE WAITING FOR, another filing!

If we have a good 10-k, and this CEO doesn't use it to bring value to his shareholders, I'll be the first to blow this cat up. one can check around to a few other OTC symbols, and one will find that I'm not shy about going at them hard. On the other hand, if after all of those developments, we have a crappy 10-k and no issuance on how he intends to bring shareholder value, I'll be the first to say that I was wrong, and all of those developments don't mean squat.

Bottom line, we need to see the filings first!
