I might be wrong, but I think the whole idea of shorting is to bring pps down. Am I wrong?



Apparently this is not a (regular) short seller who wants to push us into a downtrend. They have bigger plans. And every cent they short at higher levels means more profit for them in the end. That's why they are not in a hurry. OTOH, they won't let it go up and pass 9.50 either because it's way too risky. Any uptrend now is too risky.
