Here is what I know:

On the last trading day of 2014 they issued a pre14c announcing that they might do a r/s by end of april. Management hasnt given any updates or addressed the r/s since they sneakily announced it.

Only good news we got in 2015 is that they are on track for about $5 million in annual revenues from two mj related revenue streams

The ceo issued himself and the rest of the management team a bunch of stock for no apparent reason. It seems like they took a bunch of stock and then abandoned the company.

My guess is there is some sort of dilution happening.

Now it looks like OSLH is hitting another 52 week low...
