Its not halted, I called Etrade and they said it could be later today or Monday morning at opening bell before it can be traded. To sum it all up they basically said all due to ticker symbol and cusip # change.

Very excited to see a penny stock actually do something they said they would, upgrade to better exchange with financials are the next step and they said that would be soon, I believe them for what its worth.
