PAL HAS LOST AROUND 45% OF ITS STOCK VALUE SINCE THE LAST RUN UP TO 0.375 CENTS WHATS GOING ON WILL THEY DILUTE THERE SHARES OR JUST MORE SELLERS THAN BUYERS I AM BUYING AT 0.205 AND WILL BUY MORE AT 0.14 CENTS IF IT DROPS TO THAT LEVEL .
