I disagree! I believe Baltia at this point could care less that new investors are not purchasing shares while the PPS is so under valued for the stage they are in right now. Once the steps to cert. are complete (very soon coming) the PPS will sky rocket due to demand! That is when I believe Baltia should and will PR the most. PRing now is just diluting BLTA. I do think the company has a responsibility to PR pertinent information to its current share holders of the steps being made, but IMO I feel they have!
