If I were the chairman and I knew hat within three weeks I was announcing a major milestone I would do every thing in my power to have more eyes on the stock at that time. (Interviews, articles, roadshows, trade magazines)

Bottom line is based on the timeline I would want a bunch of the warrants exercised and have some additional funds in the bank crossing this milestone.

Stock is not trading as of yet like this is even occurring IMHO.
