LOL, that is what I had suspected. I also surmised that you likely knew the TRUE filing deadline but I posted the info in my prior post out of an abundance of caution just in case some folks here may have actually thought that the filing deadline was 3/15/15.

The source you are referring to is indeed one of JOSEPH ZAMPETTI's gutless fellow criminal associates and holders of the toxic .05 PIPE stock, who have been the source of countless prior instances of blatantly and intentionally false statements/mis-information. In this case, he and the other cronies of JOEY Z who have been disclosed within SCRC's SEC filings have been attempting to publicly suggest that the 10K is "due" by 3/15/15, so they are either complete morons who are once again showing that they know absolutely nothing about SCRC or basic SEC filings -- or they are attempting to plant the seeds of yet another false near-term catalyst in the hopes of keeping folks from selling and instead hold their shares. Neither scenario paints these publicly disclosed criminals in a positive light...

But, yes, even with a 3/31/15 deadline and SCRC's own history of needing an NT to file late, sooner is very much better than later and an early filing would be a good surprise for shareholders...
