so the obvious question for you two gentleman are why are you still here?, I would never put my money with some one I do not trust. Have there been mistakes, yes, had I wish the company was capitalized differently, yes. Is it just possible that Solomon sees competition coming and he needs to scale quickly and funding options were limited.
Regardless, all of this for me is in the past. We have a company that is valued a 1X PE now with tremendous growth prospects and with scale. Right place, time and technologies. Partnered with someone who hopefully can help create value. FN hopefully days away. A PR company soon to be hired and institutional money soon to be had. A new day is dawning. Either you believe or you don't. If you don't you shouldn't be here. Simple as that.
