No. There would be no surprises. All shareholders know a RS is coming and most reasonable investors are expecting the 10K to come in within the $50 - $60 million range. No surprises unless the Q4 comes in LESS than Q3 due to their inability to fill order because they couldn't fund inventory. Other than that I don't see what would cause any panic. MMers MIGH try to create a panic but that would be risky, especially if there are deep pockets waiting on the sidelines for confirmation of the Q4 numbers.
