1,020,867,796 shares was the original number to be used for the projects listed. This was reduced to 625 million shares. 138,383,928 shares have been added to the O/S thus far as they cannot all be added at a single time. There's no dilution and the T/A is not gagged in a sense that the company is hushing them. The T/A used , just doesn't share the information. The company continues to make large positive strides and IMO the value of the JVs and projects will manifest when everyone realizes what's going on and the pps holds steady.
