Baltia only issues enough PP to cover current and upcoming expenses.

Fortunately for all, once the stock starts to climb, they will get more value per share, and therefore less shares need to be sold via PP and more money will be generated with each sale.

I would say (IMHO) that Baltia will no longer need to issue PP when $s start coming in from other sources, and the most likely source is from ticket sales which will commence immediately upon certification.
