So DILUTION is pretty much it. Not the mythological "JV" blah, blah.

They couldn't get the offering done thefirst time due to numerous issues. They're presently very cash low- and living off of Lincoln which is 100% dilutive.

And the only "sure thing" mentioned is they will "try" the offer again at some future date- which will mean mega dilution IMO to raise the kind of funds needed for running FDA level, much larger trials.

That's about it IMO. Doubt and uncertainty about funding and trials are not really going anywhere yet in any big way.

Nothing much new there. If large dilution is coming down the road- then IMO the common shares come under selling pressure down the road.
