The company cannot just sell the shares into open market, if dilution was occuring - it would have to be through conversions. I AM VERY CONFIDENT IN MY CALCULATIONS THAT ANYONE HERE CAN VERFIY - the conversions are no longer an issue with $BETS. Shares issued could easily be shares issued for the purposes of multiple BITCOIN joint ventures - it is written in the respective filings. In either case - for the past two days the volume was about 50M - are you saying half of it hit the market as conversions and the price did not budge in fact closing green one of the two days? Nonsense.
