well etrade are wrong.

That is in line with last years date - so they are being lazy or using the computer to fill in a blank.

I believe they have to file on 15th to meet the extension delay they requested (no forgiveness for Sundays) now they are an accelerated filer (they weren't last year)

By setting the discussion to the Tuesday they let the immediate impact be absorbed, bad news compensated by good news/forecast etc and then can have a sensible discussion about the company strategy without having to break the news to the analysts.

I just have never seen this happen before.
