I email them a few times a month...just sent them Steady-T's post. Last response was on 2/17/15 and one on 1/14/15...nothing back from them since then:
1/14/15 - Thank you for your correspondence.

At this time I cannot offer you any additional information on the
Company's legal proceedings, any updates in the future will be
released for the benefit of all shareholders through our Facebook,
Twitter and OTC Markets accounts.

2/17/15 - Thank you for your correspondence.

When we have news to release in regards to the lawsuit it will be
posted on our Facebook and Twitter accounts, as well our website. I
can't offer you any additional information in regards to the lawsuit
at this time, as any such information would be considered preferential.

We are still in operation, and will be releasing our 2014 annual
report in compliance with OTC guidelines.
