Just an observation: DRYS current ORIG value ($6.43/pps) is $503 million. DRYS market value net of ORIG is ~$111 million. It seems the market has priced DRYS and ORIG with the most pessimistic view.

ORIG shares: 78,301,755
DRYS OS: 706,064,321

We should be hearing more on the TNKS IPO in the next week or 2. This event should be the catalyst that moves the DRYS pps up.
