Question about new company.

Is HISC currently comprised of HISC and Actsoft? Was that deal finalized and is Actsoft's assets currently in HISC financial statements?

The reason I am wondering is will HISC assets be reduced at time of new company forming comprised of Actsoft. If so, then is it possible to see a reduction in PPS as a result, and the dividend is realy just a separation of assets with a reduction in HISC PPS and the acquiring of EVSI (Actsoft)'s portion of the assets. Relatively, breaking even on the deal.

If no current agreement has been made as an acquisition goes, prior to this dividend, then I don't forsee any negative impact to HISC PPS shares as a result of the dividend, and this would be great. Looking at a 20-25% dividend depending on PPS value of HISC and EVSI at time of deal.
Let me know if I am way off the rocker here.
Thanks in advance for any feedback.
