About the reputed Asian/Rushnet discussions: If the Chinese are involved, the talks could well drag on for good reason. The Chinese will insist the product be bottled in China. Rushnet may not like this much. However, the underlying motive isn't for reasons of control or counterfeiting as economic.

If China were to import Rush beverages, the final cost per bottle would price the product out of reach of the Chinese consumer. In China, you can still buy a full course dinner at a pretty nice restaurant for $1 (or less in the greasy spoon joints). The minimum wage in a rich city like Beijing is only US$70 per month. Imported Ginseng Rush or Rush Cola would be looked upon like fine champagne and be reserved for special occassions. Bottom line: If Rush bevies can't be bottled in China, very few could afford to buy them regularly.
