Well i read a message from i think richy something or other, and if any of his thoughts are true and hipple and the boys have shares they want to sell after the merger i dont think they would take a hard hit on the conversion and lessen there own shares along with the shareholders. But then again maybe they can hand down the conversion just to shareholders only not to themselves, not sure if thats allowed or not...
