Solar3d use to be called machinetalker and had a different CEO. That's all I meant by Jim taking over.

I should have worded that post better but it was late when I posted and I had a few beers. I basically asked a question and answered it in the same post. I never understood why Jim didn't just start a new company for solar3d and why it wasn't based out of California. Last night I came across an article about the Delaware loophole and it put it all together for me.

I just wanted to share the info for anyone else on the board that like me, didn't know about the Delaware tax benefits. That's why I included that wikipedia link in the post.

Funny I was looking at that last night and then today we get a PRE14C released and the purpose of it is to save on taxes in Delaware.
