Since the Stanford incident happened in Houston there are articles in the paper whenever something happens which is maybe once every couple months. Any recovery will likely be cents on the dollar and there are so many different classes of investors that it is hard to say who will actually collect those cents. Bottom line is that by the time any thing gets distributed to anybody the lawyers will probably have all the money. I wouldn't expect much from that source and certainly not any time soon.

The question that should be asked is WHERE THE HELL IS THE $2 MILLION IRS REFUND!!!!!! Is it real or should it be taken off the books?
