I found that statement interesting and puzzling too. Later in the prospectus, they still refer to licensing the cell out to someone else to manufacture. It is also interesting that they repeatedly refer to "our products." Since when is SLTD developing more than one product?

Anyone care to take a guess at what the bold is all about?

Our operations have consumed substantial amounts of cash since inception. We expect to significantly increase our spending to commercialize our products, including building our own commercial organizations to address certain markets.
