msl2008... when you add debt to the books that doesn't improve the balance sheet as you suggest. think about it for a few minutes....

Secondly, ask yourself the question again. Why would a company net positive take a financing deal for 50 million and already take 30% of it? Also, if you listened to Doug speak he even suggests as to why and what he plans on doing with it.
