Gentlemen and ladies:

Has it been verified that the SEC actually received paperwork -- ie, a response -- from KSWJ?

That is a key element here, I believe, for, in order for this company to be legit, it would HAVE to have responded.

A response doesn't mean it is for sure legit.

But a legitimate company WOULD have responded.

And so the first sign we have to see in order for this to be a legit company is to know that the company really did respond to the SEC inquiry.
