Believe it or not, I have heard that suggestion before.

I have considered it recently, but choose not to change.

The main reason being is that I am an environmentalist first and trader second.

I have been looked down on by hipsters in their coal powered priuses for driving an SUV for as long as I can remember.

I can fit all my windsurfing crap into an SUV, including my Mistral Explosion slalom board made popular by Robbie Naish, and still strap a small sailboat on top of the luggage carrier and spend a day at the beach listening to the quiet waves slapping against my hull, or break out the board and run hard when the wind and waves accommodate.

I understand that hybrids are powered by electricity that either comes from coal fired power plants, or newly erected $NATGAS power plants that depend on fracking to supply power.

Either way, I have always been the guy who launches his boat or board from a public access point, not the one who drives his prius to his parent’s lakeside estate and then launches his/her jet ski or jet boat from a private dock.

My alias “reaper247” suits me just fine.

I also understand the power of renewable energy.

IMO and FWIW.
