Chart is trending towards the 13,14,15 level as the accumulators start clearing out the rest of the shares before the 16 clean technical break.

With that said, there is not many shares available at these levels and the accumulators are doing a good job of grabbing the impatient shares. Hopefully they can clean it all out before the next round of news hits, although knowing the penny market im sure the accumulators have an idea when news will hit.

Nice uptrend starting to form as the company wakes up and changes its business model. Just like the early days of all the big 000 runners...
