thought i'd copy rigatoni's post here-
there is a difference from when i spoke with them last week and serge told me float was like 19 million- maybe i'll call for clarification tomorrow...

spoke with the company, some highlights...

a)share structure 89,632,493 float 44 million
b)no 504 shares being sold and no plans of future 504
c)MICA market maker(seller) I was told they do not know who the seller is and that previous sellers were done
d)company rep will be in nevada shortly to supervise project launch
e)debt free
f)cash flow positive
g)financials being completed, hopefully by months end.
h)otcbb plans also.
g)listing frankfurt and berlin exchanges


I havent found anything bad other than the stock price which isnt good right now.So, we'll see.
